Berth Rental Rates

Effective 1 October 2024

Vessel Length Measurement

  • Inclusive length means Length Overall (LOA) Including attachments such as anchor, dinghy and bow sprit
  • Stays less than 7 days duration will be charged short term daily rate
  • Stays 7 days or more will be charged long term daily rate

STAYABOARD LEVY PER DAY - For transient/overseas vessels
June – August: $12 per person or $24 for 2 or more people
September – May: $9 per person or $18 for 2 or more people.

  • Berth size is determined on vessel LOA, tonnage & mast height dimensions (vessel must not overhang the piers/walkways as we are a tidal marina)
  • All vessels must be fully insured with minimum limit of indemnity of $5million
  • Connection to shore power requires a current Electrical Warrant of Fitness (EWOF) & lead test & tag
  • Vessel owner to supply own ropes to secure vessel in the berth
  • GST exemption may apply to berth rental fees for overseas vessels holding a current NZ Temporary Import Entry Certificate
  • NOTE: We are not currently accepting permanent Stayaboard applications.
